Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is hiring a Customer Care Advisor to join our mission-driven service team. This is a 100% remote, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule, support during an orientation, and opportunities to help veterans through compassionate, professional customer care.

The position requires strong listening skills, the ability to manage multiple systems, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance operations, remote medical or technical role, or related field.
• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.
