Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf Inc. is seeking a Customer Assurance Specialist with French language proficiency for a 6-month remote engagement.

The role focuses on handling security questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs, and audit evidence requests for customers, coordinating with internal SMEs to deliver accurate, customer-ready responses. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of vendor assessment, audit, information security, or related experience.
• Experience supporting SOC reports and customer assurance programs.
• Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and control frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, SOX).
• Certifications such as CTPRP or CTPRA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound customer compliance requests.
• Triage, prioritize, and manage lifecycle of security questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs, and audit documentation requests.
• Coordinate with SMEs across IT, Security, Privacy, Legal, Engineering, and Compliance.
• Maintain updated SOC reports, ISO certifications, and other compliance collateral.
