• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Excellent French written and verbal communication.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming inquiries from French market customers and identify needs.
• Provide full resolution and address root causes.
