Deposita, an Allied Universal Company, is hiring a Customer Experience Representative working remotely from Florida. You will deliver high-quality customer support for cash management solutions, handle technical inquiries, and log cases with complete resolution details.

Base pay is $17/hour with a $1 premium for bilingual French/English reps, located near Florida. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork within a customer-focused Help Desk environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical call center support experience.
• Experience in a technical support role or similar technical experience.
• Strong customer service and customer relations.
• Ability to learn new processes and exercise good judgment.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, provide direct support toward resolution.
• Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy.
• Create cases for all calls and emails, log problem history and resolutions.
• Maintain customer service as an utmost priority and handle challenging conversations.
• Discern changes in call types and report to management.
• Monitor health of network, hardware, and software for our customers.
• Track escalations through proper channels to completion.
