Job summary

apexanalytix is seeking an Audit Support Analyst to assist in the Recovery audit process, working with client suppliers to ensure efficient audits. The ideal candidate has accounting familiarity and strong analytical skills, with proficiency in French required and onsite work in Greensboro, NC.

You will use our FirstStrike software to access client transactions, research issues, and track audit progress, directly impacting revenue and success of the company.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or business, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service, sales, credit, accounting or related role; 3+ years preferred.
• Proficient in French (speaking, reading, writing).
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles; familiarity with AP/AR.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments; strong time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Recovery audit processes and work with client suppliers.
• Use FirstStrike to access client transactions for research and resolution.
• Collaborate with audit team to track progress and resolve credits.
• Identify root causes and implement solutions impacting revenue.
• Maintain precise documentation and timely communication with stakeholders.
