Job summary
WorkNomads is seeking a French- and German-speaking Sales Specialist to join our international team and support payments projects. This remote role lets you connect with colleagues and clients worldwide.
You will close deals, upsell solutions, assist customers through digital onboarding, handle calls and chats, and maintain accurate records. A proactive, client-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications
- Fluency in French, German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience in sales or customer service in a call center is advantageous.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work in predetermined shifts (9:00-17:30 CET) and maintain quiet, secure workspace.
Responsibilities
- Close deals and upsell solutions to prospective clients.
- Assist customers through the digital onboarding process.
- Manage calls and chats, providing personalized support to prospects and customers in the financial sector.
- Be the voice of the brand, delivering a positive, professional image to clients.
- Oversee administrative aspects of client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate records.
