Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive technical editing and writing experience.
• Experience with formatting styles in Word (e.g., numbered headings, table of contents).
• Ability to coordinate with multiple authors for creation, formatting, and production of content.
• Experience with implementing editorial guidelines and training in technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field staff, authors, and senior reviewers to compile information and produce reports.
• Review text for quality and consistency; provide feedback on accuracy and clarity.
• Collect and organize citations, references, and appendices; maintain templates.
• Support development of proposals and marketing materials.
