Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and professional in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule jobs according to the customer’s needs.
• Assign and direct electricians to appropriate customer locations, and monitor their route and status to coordinate and prioritize schedules.
• Follow up with customers to inquire whether they would like to proceed with any unsold work, and ensure all customer needs are fully addressed.
