Job summary

Nazdar is actively seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support our North American printing customers with inquiries about pricing, availability, product recommendations, and order processing. The CSR will provide technical assistance and work in an inbound call center environment.

The successful candidate will excel at multi-tasking, use CRM and ERP systems, and deliver world-class service while upholding Nazdar's commitment to quality and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and quick learning ability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; inbound call center experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to support pricing, availability, and orders.
• Provide product recommendations and technical assistance.
• Process orders, returns, credits, and inquiries via CRM/ERP systems.
• Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate and ensure timely follow-up.
