Job summary

Northwestern Printer is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for customers. You will answer calls and emails, assist with printing needs, and guide orders through production from placement to completion.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing quotes, and coordinating with the production team to ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and responsive communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and printing needs.
• Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Enter customer orders accurately into our ordering/production system.
• Review orders for accuracy, including quantities, sizes, paper types, finishing, and deadlines.
• Prepare quotes and estimates when needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, proofs, production timelines, and order status.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Follow up with customers regarding questions or missing information.
• Process repeat orders and help customers determine the best printing options for their projects.
• Handle multiple orders and deadlines throughout the day.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service from order placement through completion.
• Assist with general office duties as needed.
