Job summary

Axon River LLC is seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide inbound or outbound call support for our clients. CSRs will use web-based systems to answer inquiries and deliver exceptional service according to client instructions.

Candidates must reside in the specified Kentucky counties and meet home internet requirements; prior call center experience is helpful, with strong verbal and written communication essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
