Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to use a computer, search the internet, and navigate multiple windows/tabs.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, sit for extended periods, and follow program requirements.
• Willing to use webcam during training and production.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound or outbound call support per client instructions with professional courtesy.
• Document customer inquiries into a database.
• Verify and update customer information as needed.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional information to callers.
• Follow up with callers as necessary and use data to improve performance.
• Conduct outbound surveys to obtain client information.
