Job summary

Precoa is seeking a friendly ACEP Support Team member to be the first voice families hear during education events. This remote, full-time role starts early to welcome guests and keep RSVP flows smooth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, and ADP.
• Clear, empathetic communication with strong listening and writing skills.
• Strong task management and ability to balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Answer RSVP calls and greet families to set a positive tone.
• Manage RSVP process to keep events organized and ready.
• Communicate with attendees via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed.
