Precoa is seeking a friendly, proactive ACEP Support Team member to be the first contact for families at community education events. This remote role relies on strong communication across phone, email, and chat to create a welcoming experience.

You will manage RSVP workflows, coordinate with event teams, and maintain accuracy and responsiveness in a high-energy environment. A full-time schedule with weekend shifts and competitive hourly pay awaits.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, or an undergraduate degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, and ADP.
• Clear, empathetic communication with polished writing.
• Strong task management and professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming RSVP calls and set the tone for the event experience.
• Maintain the RSVP process so events run smoothly.
• Communicate with callers by phone, email, and chat to fit their preferences.
• Collaborate with team members and balance priorities to keep projects on track.
• Support a full-time schedule with Saturday/Sunday coverage and 6am PST start.
