Job summary

Precoa is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to be the friendly first voice for families engaging with our community education events. You will handle RSVP calls, keep events organized, and communicate via phone, email, and chat to create a warm, efficient attendee experience.

This full-time role starts early with a 6am PST shift and requires weekend coverage. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in admin or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, or an undergraduate degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, and ADP.
• Clear, empathetic communication: you speak clearly, listen well, ask for clarification, and write with strength and polish.
• Professionalism and strong task management: you balance competing tasks with a positive attitude, organize information, and flag problems in a timely way.
• Availability for a full-time schedule (40 hrs/week, 8-hour days) with a 6am PST start, five days a week including Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every caller and set a positive tone for Precoa's first contact.
• Maintain the RSVP process to ensure events run smoothly and attendees are well organized.
• Communicate via phone, email, and chat, adapting to each person's preference.
• Work with the team, follow directions, balance priorities, and escalate issues when needed.
