Precoa is seeking a friendly remote ACEP Support Team member to be the first voice families hear when they RSVP for our community education events. You will answer RSVP calls, keep the RSVP process running smoothly, and connect with families by phone, email, and chat, collaborating with teammates to ensure a positive experience from first contact through event day.

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week with weekend coverage and an early start (6am PST).

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, or an undergraduate degree.
• Clear, empathetic communication: speak clearly, listen well, and write with polish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, and ADP.
• Availability for a full-time schedule (40 hrs/week) with Saturday and Sunday coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming RSVP calls from people interested in our community education events.
• Maintain the RSVP process so each event is organized and ready to go.
• Communicate by phone, email, and chat, adapting to each person’s preference.
• Work with team members, balance priorities, and raise flags when something looks off.
