Precoa is seeking a friendly, upbeat remote Customer Service professional to handle RSVP calls for community education events. You will manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth attendee experience and accurate RSVP administration.

As part of the ACEP Support Team, you’ll start early with the team, collaborate across channels, and contribute to a culture of craftsmanship and growth. Remote work from home is available with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, or an undergraduate degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, and ADP.
• Clear, empathetic communication: you speak clearly, listen well, ask for clarification, and write with strength and polish.
• Professionalism and strong task management: you balance competing tasks with a positive attitude, organize information, and flag problems in a timely way.
• Availability for a full-time schedule (40 hrs/week, 8-hour days) with a 6am PST start, five days a week including Saturday and Sunday.
