Job summary

This hybrid role requires three days in the Lincoln office weekly, with the opportunity to work from either Lincoln or Omaha. You will champion the Hudl ecosystem, deepen product engagement, and relentlessly pursue renewals and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Relentless advocate for a great user experience and strong partner relationships.
• Clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, including renewal discussions.
• Ability to read health scores and engagement metrics to drive decisions.
• Comfort using CRM and sales tools to manage daily responsibilities.
• Balance heavy onboarding work with ongoing program reviews and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding with Account Executives to ensure a strong first value realization.
• Drive territory health, adoption, and expansion opportunities across accounts.
• Conduct regular strategy reviews with coaches and directors to align on goals.
• Promote Hudl ecosystem value and identify gaps the broader offerings can fill.
• Use data to identify at-risk accounts and influence renewals and growth.
