Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. This is a revenue-accountable role with renewal responsibility and GRR targets; the CSM collaborates with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent experience.

This position is 100% remote and requires residing in an eligible US state.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B role.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based services, or data solutions.
• Proven track record in renewals, retention, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the lifecycle.
• Own renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Drive product adoption, onboarding, and value realization for customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops to support renewal strategy.
• Monitor health metrics and address risks to retention and expansion.
• Provide timely, proactive communication and executive-level reviews.
