Job summary

Revenue3 is seeking a Solutions Engineer for its crypto SaaS platform. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers, tackling complex technical problems and guiding successful implementations.

You will partner with sales, design technical solutions using APIs, lead demos and workshops, and support onboarding with customer success and product teams. Crypto or blockchain infra experience is preferred, with a fast-paced, self-starting mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions engineer/sales engineer/pre-sales or similar role.
• Strong understanding of web technologies - REST APIs, JSON, authentication.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise customers.
• Recent crypto or blockchain infra experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales as the primary technical expert in customer conversations.
• Discover customer requirements and design solutions using APIs and platform capabilities.
• Lead technical demos, proofs of concept, and workshops.
• Support onboarding and implementation with customer success and product teams.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering.
• Help customers integrate APIs, SDKs, and webhooks into existing systems.
