Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an Account Director, Crypto to lead the go-to-market for crypto-first customers, owning the entire sales cycle from researching opportunities to closing deals. You will build trusted relationships with senior financial and compliance executives, map client needs to TRM's platform, and drive a strong pipeline in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to engage C-suite and senior executives in finance and compliance.
• Ability to tell compelling value stories and build trust quickly.
• Familiarity with crypto, blockchain, and regulatory frameworks in AML/KYC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process for crypto-first customers, from researching opportunities to closing deals.
• Write client proposals and negotiate contracts/SOWs.
• Develop deep understanding of client needs and map to TRM products.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities to meet targets.
• Monitor industry trends to position TRM against competitors.
