Mesh seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge customers and internal teams, owning pre-sales activities and technical demos. You will craft solutions, architect analytics, and drive faster adoption across diverse customers including PSPs, iGaming, wallets, and exchanges.

You’ll collaborate with product and solutions architects, mentoring customer engineering teams while advancing best practices and self-service tools. This is a growth-focused, hybrid role with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS, data, or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales/solutions engineering, solutions architecture or similar roles.
• Experience in startups is highly valued and API-focused.
• Strong communication and multi-project management skills.
• Familiarity with API tooling, SDKs, demos, and AI/automation used in customer success.

Responsabilités

• Serve as solutions/sales engineer, building customer trust and enabling rapid implementation.
• Design and implement pre-sales solutions, analytics, and technical infrastructure.
• Optimize workflows using Gong, Pylon, Kapa, Datadog, Amplitude, and AI-powered self-service.
• Guide SDK/API implementation practices to shorten timelines and broaden rollouts.
• Triagize and resolve technical issues between prospects/customers and internal teams.
• Travel occasionally for strategic customers and events.
