Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Accounting Senior Manager based in the United States to lead cryptocurrency accounting operations, technical accounting, and regulatory reporting. You will own month-end/quarter-end close, develop policies, and drive scalable processes within a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Compliance, coordinating with external auditors to ensure accuracy, controls, and compliant reporting across a global, remote-friendly organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate/finance settings.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in crypto, digital assets, or fintech environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting for cryptocurrency and digital asset activities, including month-end and quarter-end close.
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee accounting for digital asset holdings, transfers, fees, and settlements.
• Lead external financial statement audits and coordinate with auditors.
• Provide technical accounting memoranda and guidance on complex transactions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on regulatory reporting.
