Job summary

Injective is seeking an Accounting Manager with crypto industry experience to lead core accounting processes and financial reporting. You will manage month-end close, tax filings, and coordination with auditors, while partnering with cross-functional teams to create scalable reporting solutions.

The role emphasizes ensuring accurate financial statements, implementing improved processes, and maintaining internal controls across global operations. Remote-friendly, with a strong finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA license preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Accounting, Audit, and/or Tax.
• Crypto industry experience highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and regulatory reporting.
• Improve financial reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify and implement accounting software solutions.
• Maintain accuracy of AP, GL, payroll, fixed assets, and investments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, crypto wallets, and corporate cards.
