Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting for a full-time remote role within the United States. The position focuses on ensuring accurate US GAAP financial disclosures, supporting external audits, and driving ICFR improvements across a global organization.

The ideal candidate has a CPA or 5+ years in public accounting or industry, strong GAAP knowledge, ERP/Workiva experience, and excellent communication. Location is remote for candidates on the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years in public accounting and/or industry with financial reporting.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and technical accounting research.
• CPA preferred; Big Four experience desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems and SEC reporting platforms like Workiva.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support filing of financial reports and disclosures.
• Research complex accounting transactions under US GAAP.
• Support implementation of new accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors on reporting and ICFR.
• Assist with ICFR documentation and compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual close processes.
• Review reporting workflows and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and other teams on reporting needs.
• Provide analytical support for financial reporting.
