Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn inquiries into confirmed sailings with destination knowledge, service, and consultative sales. You’ll match travelers with ships, itineraries, cabins, and onboard experiences.

You will connect with clients via email, chat, and phone, recommend options, and guide bookings from the first quote through embarkation with energy and care. Enjoy fully remote work, comprehensive onboarding, a collaborative team, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Interest in cruises and ocean travel.
• Sales or customer-service experience welcomed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with technology and online booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size and cruise must-haves.
• Recommend the right cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, shore excursions and add-ons based on each traveler’s needs.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed cruise vacations through email, chat and phone with energy, accuracy and a client-first approach.
• Explain cruise options clearly, including cabin categories, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, onboard packages and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, special requests, changes, payments, upgrades and pre-cruise questions with professionalism.
• Resolve concerns quickly and confidently, helping clients from first quote to embarkation and return home.
• Share cruise insights—best sailings for families, romantic itineraries, ports and promotions.
• Build post-booking relationships that encourage repeat sailings, referrals, reviews and loyalty.
