Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to guide clients toward a decision.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple quotes and bookings.
• Comfort with technology, online booking platforms, CRM systems, and AI tools.
• Interest in cruises and travel; zero or more experience in travel industry is welcome.
• Sales or customer-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' destinations, budgets, dates, and cruise must-haves.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, staterooms, and add-ons.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sailings via email, chat, and phone.
• Explain cruise options, deposits, payment plans, and port requirements.
• Handle bookings, changes, and pre-cruise questions with care.
• Build post-booking relationships to encourage repeat sailings.
