ProAg is seeking a Crop Adjuster to join the team serving the San Joaquin Valley. This remote (CA) role partners with policyholders to inspect fields, read maps, and gather production records, driving claims from start to settlement while traveling up to 75% of the time.

You will handle MPCI, Crop Hail, and Named Peril policies, communicating findings and applying adjusting guidelines in a field-heavy environment. A strong background in crop insurance and travel readiness are essential.

Competenze

• Crop insurance experience in claims or compliance or any ag-related experience.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and internet applications.
• Communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel and reliable transportation.
• CAPP certification or state licenses preferred.

• Perform fact-finding to determine cause and percentage of loss.
• Explain regulations and procedure to claimants and agents.
• Communicate on industry topics like new crops or coverage.
