AgriSompo North America, Inc. is hiring a Crop Insurance Adjuster to support MPCI, Private Products and Named Peril claims. The position is remote, based in Texas, preferably near San Antonio, with travel as needed across the home office area.

The candidate should have 2+ years of crop insurance claims experience, a CAPP certification, and a valid driver's license. Strong communication and field inspection skills are essential, with a focus on customer service and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• 2 years' experience handling crop insurance claims is preferred
• CAPP certification and valid driver's license required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Mansioni

• Build and maintain professional relationships with policyholders, agents, and adjusters
• Record and transmit loss information to determine damages per FCIC/NCIS/company rules
• Perform field inspections, read maps, and measure fields and storage bins
• Explain adjusting procedures and findings to policyholders and agents
• Investigate crop damage and transmit information to determine indemnities
• Train field claims staff on procedures and compliance
• Willingness to learn new crops and processes
