Job summary

AgriSompo North America seeks a Crop Insurance Adjuster to support MPCI, Private Products, and Named Peril claims. Location is remote in Texas, preferably San Antonio, with travel within roughly two hours of the home office.

The role requires 2+ years in crop insurance claims, CAPP certification, and a valid driver's license. The candidate should be capable of field inspections, data transmission, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling crop insurance claims.
• CAPP certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work outdoors in farm environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with the Area Claim Supervisor, policyholders, agents, and other adjusters.
• Record and transmit loss information to accurately determine indemnities.
• Perform field inspections, read maps and aerial imagery, and measure fields and storage bins.
• Explain adjusting procedures and findings to policyholders and agents; train field staff on procedures.
