Fuelerate is seeking a seasoned Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) professional to own the CRO strategy and performance for multiple Shopify brands. You will lead the end-to-end experimentation process from hypothesis to live tests, collaborating with designers and developers to move tests into production.

You will bring 3+ years of CRO experience, a strong track record of wins from A/B testing, and deep familiarity with GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on CRO experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong track record of running A/B tests with measurable wins.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and DTC/eCommerce brands.

Responsabilidades

• Build and prioritize CRO roadmaps based on impact, data, and customer research.
• Develop experiments across offers, pricing, bundles, PDPs, landing pages, and more.
• Analyze test results and translate findings into new hypotheses.
• Review CRO redesigns using internal framework.
• Analyze GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral data.
• Identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities across the funnel.
