Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a CRO Specialist to drive end-to-end experimentation across web and mobile, owning the testing roadmap and translating data into actionable strategies. You will read results, define what matters, and collaborate with design, development, and vendor teams to scale testing initiatives.

You will partner with the CRO Manager to maintain program health, launch high-impact tests, and ensure QA across front-end implementations, contributing to revenue growth and customer experience in

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in ecommerce CRO
• Testing platform expertise
• Metrics literacy for different test types
• Analytics comfort with dashboards and anomalies
• CMS platform experience for building tests
• Frontend technical fluency in HTML/CSS/JS
• Project management chops and roadmapping
• Strong familiarity with Shopify ecosystem
• Experience with Asana, Jira, and ClickUp
• Proactive, fast-paced, autonomous problem-solver

Responsibilities

• Build and launch A/B and multivariate tests across web and mobile
• Define metrics and targets for each test
• Set up audience targeting and segmentation
• Own test monitoring and data quality for tests
• Report results with findings and action plans to CRO Manager
• Maintain the testing roadmap and flag blockers
• Collaborate with design and development to keep tests on track
• Generate testing ideas from data findings and UX insights
• Own hypothesis repository and post-mortems
• Coordinate with vendor teams on test status and deliverables
• Lead front-end QA and ensure implementation quality
• Monitor site health dashboards and flag anomalies
