Job summary

DOLEAD SAS is seeking a freelance CRO Specialist to optimize conversion and experimentation across landing pages and lead-capture journeys in a fully remote role.

You will scale validated concepts, identify new opportunities, build and launch experiments, and use Looker and funnel data to prioritise tests. You’ll measure impact on conversion and lead quality and share learnings for our CRO playbook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, experimentation, growth, digital marketing or web analytics.
• Experience designing, running and concluding A/B tests yourself.
• Comfortable working with funnel data, conversion rates, volumes and test duration.
• Able to manage several experiments in parallel with strong organisation and documentation.
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Google Sheets, and project management tools such as ClickUp.

Responsibilities

• Scale proven concepts by turning ideas validated on our pages into structured experiments across clients and geographies.
• Identify new opportunities by analysing funnel performance and formulating measurable hypotheses.
• Build and launch experiments, define changes and expected impact, and run A/B tests with internal tools.
• Use Looker and funnel data to prioritise experiments with highest potential value.
• Measure results against conversion and lead quality and report learnings for reuse.
• Own experiments end-to-end from hypothesis to conclusion and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Document and share learnings to enrich the CRO playbook.
