Job summary
The Candidate Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced CRO Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the Conversion Rate Optimisation function across multiple websites. You will own the CRO roadmap, design experiments, and drive improvements in conversion rates and lead quality.
You will work with marketing, technical, compliance and creative teams to deliver testing programmes, prioritising tests by potential revenue impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years CRO experience in lead generation or performance marketing.
- Proven front-end development skills to build test variations.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (Convert, VWO, Optimizely).
- Strong understanding of statistical significance and analysis.
- Experience with Mouseflow, Clarity or FullStory.
Responsibilities
- Own the CRO roadmap across multiple sites.
- Use SQL and analytics to identify opportunities and measure results.
- Analyze user behavior and experiment data to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, compliance and creative teams on tests.
- Prioritize experiments by commercial impact.
