Red Frog Solutions is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead U.S. growth in the defense electronics sector.

This remote, nationwide role requires shaping the sales and business development function, coordinating with engineering, and expanding relationships with major defense primes. You will guide long-cycle capture, manage a high-performing team, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships and tailored hardware solutions for military platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a sales or business development organization in defense electronics.
• Experience selling to major U.S. defense prime contractors.
• Experience with long-cycle defense business capture and cross-functional design input.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. revenue growth and defense program capture.
• Build and lead the U.S. sales organization including BD, technical sales, and channel partners.
• Develop strategic relationships with defense primes and position hardware for major platforms.
• Drive long-cycle and product-based sales of standard and modified hardware.
