Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a technical problem solver with CRM, banking and/or credit union industry experience to bridge financial operations and technology, troubleshoot complex application issues, and deliver exceptional client support across enterprise systems.

You will analyze root causes, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and document findings to help improve service delivery and product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bank, credit union, or financial services in a customer service, technical support, or software implementation role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to serve in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, system, data, and integration issues for banks and credit unions
• Analyze application, SQL, server, and network-related problems to identify root causes
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and technical resources to resolve complex issues
• Document findings and solutions while maintaining service level commitments
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trusted client relationships
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
