Job summary

Domaine, the leading Shopify design and development partner, seeks a senior CRM leader to drive enterprise CRM strategy and delivery across large accounts. You will own complex projects, manage a team of CRM Strategists, and shape new service offerings while ensuring revenue and retention targets.

Remote-native role across NA with opportunities to influence cross-border initiatives, platform integrations, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM/lifecycle marketing.
• Experience managing a team in an agency environment while staying billable.
• Track record leading enterprise-level accounts and complex special projects.
• Deep Klaviyo expertise; multi-platform fluency is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, retention-and-LTV-minded, consultative — trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and delivery on the enterprise accounts, handling senior CRM clients.
• Own special projects for enterprise brands (migrations, replatforming, integrations).
• Be accountable for lifecycle revenue and retention outcomes on your accounts.
• Manage CRM Strategists across NA, setting direction and development paths.
• Drive adoption of new CRM services and platform capabilities.
