Job summary
Collectors is seeking a CRM Platform Tech Lead to own the Salesforce strategy, architecture, development, and roadmap. You will lead a team of consultants and developers, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, well-architected solutions aligned with company priorities.
The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Systems and can be based in Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ. Onsite or hybrid options preferred; remote candidates will be considered with periodic travel to
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Customer Experience stack including Salesforce, including hands-on development/configuration experience
- 2+ years in a people-management or team-lead capacity
- Proven track record leading Salesforce development projects end-to-end
- Deep technical chops in CRM development languages and frameworks (Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience managing a team of developers or consultants and delivering to deadlines
- Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, data model, and integration patterns; Salesforce certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Technical Ownership of Salesforce instance including architecture, configuration, customizations, integrations, and data model
- Lead Salesforce development initiatives from planning through delivery
- Manage a team of Salesforce consultants and developers
- Build and maintain a Salesforce roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions
- Governance: enforce change management, release processes, and technical debt control
- Oversee relationships with external Salesforce implementation partners
- Coordinate with ERP, IT, and Data teams on integrations and data flows
- Enable AI/product integration with Salesforce
