Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a CRM Program Director to own and optimize the CRM transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Data, and Technology. You will guide enterprise-wide adoption, drive governance, and partner with executive leadership to realize business benefits.

The role requires leading strategic CRM initiatives, leveraging AI, and delivering measurable improvements in customer engagement and sales productivity. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, business, analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years in sales, commercial strategy, or project management with 3+ years in transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
• Experience implementing AI as part of CRM and commercial transformation.

Responsibilities

• Act as enterprise owner of the CRM transformation and drive adoption.
• Lead cross-functional integration across sales, service, marketing, data and technology.
• Define and reinforce the CRM program North Star to guide decisions.
• Develop and execute plans to realize business benefits and user adoption.
• Lead Steering Committee governance, prepare business cases and status updates.
• Champion change management with executives and internal partners.
• Prioritize initiatives to optimize overall company value, not silos.
• Ensure ongoing value realization from CRM investments.
