Job summary

Kobie Marketing seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead day-to-day CRM program delivery for a top enterprise client. You will partner with Strategy, Decision Sciences, Creative, Development, QA, and Marketing Operations to execute sophisticated lifecycle marketing campaigns.

The role emphasizes client leadership, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration, with travel as needed and a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years CRM, loyalty, or client services experience.
• 2+ years direct CRM experience with email/mobile lifecycle programs.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Jira, Workfront, and SharePoint desirable.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client partner and delivery lead.
• Plan and deliver complex CRM initiatives across Strategy, Decision Sciences, Development, Creative, QA, and Marketing Operations.
• Own the CRM delivery roadmap and align with marketing calendars and dependencies.
• Monitor campaign health and email performance, escalating issues and coordinating teams.
