Domaine is a leading Shopify design and development partner enabling brands to grow through lifecycle marketing across email and SMS. The CRM Strategist role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to optimize customer engagement and revenue across the journey.

With 4+ years in strategic lifecycle marketing, you will drive cross-channel programs, leverage Klaviyo and other platforms, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to maximize performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic planning and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with agency client services and full cycle campaigns.
• Ecommerce/retail lifecycle experience required.
• Proven revenue growth through lifecycle campaigns.
• Experience with testing and optimization programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lifecycle strategy across email and SMS.
• Create strategy roadmaps and monthly presentations.
• Own lifecycle roadmap with evidence-based testing.
• Collaborate with designers, specialists and clients.
• Maintain email/SMS health, segmentation, deliverability.
• Handle complex Klaviyo logic and support.
• Develop reports and insights.
• Ensure client happiness and manage scope.
