Job summary

Assist World is seeking a proactive CRM & Operations Virtual Assistant to own HubSpot CRM, databases, workflows, and operational processes. The role starts at 20 hours per week with potential to grow to full-time as the business expands.

You’ll identify process improvements, implement automation, and support KPI tracking using Google Sheets, calendars via Calendly, and AI tools to boost efficiency. 100% remote from the United States.

Qualifications

• Proficient with HubSpot CRM and data management.
• Hands-on with Zapier for workflow automation.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HubSpot CRM accuracy, structure, and segmentation.
• Manage databases, contacts, prospects, and lead data.
• Build prospect and call lists; coordinate follow-ups.
• Develop and automate workflows using Zapier.
• Support KPI tracking and Google Sheets dashboards.
• Handle scheduling with Calendly and related admin tasks.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and processes.
