Job summary

Ethos seeks experienced customer success and support operations leaders to help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide tasks. This is a fully remote role with 5-20 hours per week, offering $70/hour and flexible scheduling. Start date ASAP.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years owning CS or support ops for a B2B SaaS or services org, including health-score models and renewal forecasting, and can translate data into executive-ready decks and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Own health-score models and renewal forecasting for CS or support ops.
• Translate messy support and usage data into quarterly business review decks and escalation runbooks that executives and customers trust.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine executive-worthy decks and runbooks from support/usage data.
