Job summary
Pion is hiring a CRM Manager to own the core lifecycle journeys from onboarding through re-engagement, balancing frequency and commercial priorities. You will plan campaign sends and work with cross-functional teams on content, calendar and social opportunities.
Bring 5+ years in CRM/lifecycle marketing, strong segmentation and automation skills, plus experience with Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Klaviyo. Remote-first environment with focus on growth and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Five or more years hands-on across the full CRM and lifecycle marketing discipline.
- Experience with ESP/marketing automation platforms and campaign journeys.
- Strong grasp of segmentation, triggers and automation logic.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core lifecycle journeys from onboarding to re-engagement.
- Plan and execute campaign sends balancing frequency and priorities.
- Collaborate on content, calendar and social opportunities.
- Own testing roadmap: subject lines, send times, journey logic.
- Use performance data to diagnose issues and propose fixes.
- Brief and direct internal resources to extend capacity and build buy-in.
