Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager II to lead lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) across global markets. You will define segmentation, channel mix, and targeting, partnering with Product, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM with product launches and growth priorities.

Bring 6+ years in CRM, proficiency with Braze/Iterable, and strong SQL. We emphasize responsible AI use, measurable growth, and working in a remote-first environment with quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing with multi-channel ownership.
• Proven track record improving engagement, retention, or revenue across markets.
• Experience with Braze/Iterable including segmentation and journey orchestration.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and regional teams.
• SQL proficiency for audience segmentation and campaign analysis.
• Generative AI use with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for onboarding, engagement, and retention across regions.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns across countries.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, and regional teams to align CRM with launches and growth.
• Drive the CRM measurement framework with KPIs, reporting cadences, and insights for leadership.
• Identify gaps in journeys and close them with A/B testing and ML-powered targeting.
