Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Account Director, Email / CRM to oversee a high-volume CRM program for a leading consumer technology brand. This remote, PT-focused role sits between senior account management and CRM activation, guiding briefs and ensuring teams stay aligned.

You will lead stakeholder communications, manage the campaign roadmap, and drive execution without hands-on campaign building. Strong client leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in agency account management, client services, CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or integrated marketing.
• Experience operating at a senior account level (Account Director / Senior Account Manager / Group Account Supervisor or comparable).
• Deep understanding of CRM and email marketing lifecycle from brief to deployment and optimization.
• Experience supporting sophisticated, high-volume email or lifecycle programs.
• Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, dynamic content and behavioral targeting.
• Experience with ESPs such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Responsys.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior day-to-day partner to client CRM and marketing stakeholders.
• Communicate campaign status, priorities, risks, dependencies, and next steps to senior client leaders.
• Maintain a high-volume CRM/email campaign roadmap.
• Translate CRM initiatives into actionable creative briefs.
• Lead campaign briefings with agency creative and delivery teams.
• Represent client needs throughout campaign development and activation.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including PM, CRM, analytics, email ops, product, creative, development, legal.
• Provide senior stakeholders with updates on campaign progress and decisions.
• Identify optimization opportunities by reviewing campaign performance.
