Job summary

Marketplace Operations Inc. is seeking a CRM Executive to lead lifecycle marketing initiatives for Forbes Advisor's audience. This remote role collaborates with product, design, data, and commercial teams to design, test, and ship campaigns across email and SMS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on lifecycle/CRM experience in a D2C or comparison business.
• Highly organized with a track record of delivering accurate work to deadlines.
• Self-starter and clear communicator who collaborates across teams.
• Comfortable working with data and quick to learn new tools; Braze experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Set up customer journeys and audience segments in Braze.
• Manage campaign timelines and keep stakeholders updated.
• QA campaigns end-to-end before launch.
