Job summary

LHH is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the CRM strategy and campaign orchestration for a multi-brand consumer retail organization. This hands-on leadership role oversees a centralized campaign operations team and high-volume communications across email, SMS, push, and other channels.

Remote position with potential hybrid options in Nashville, Dallas, or Salt Lake City; 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing in a retail/e-commerce setting preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing experience in a multi-brand retail or e-commerce sector.
• Experience leading people, projects, or campaign operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable platform.
• Working knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, automation, testing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign calendars, contact strategy, and promotional cadence.
• Lead audience segmentation, suppression rules, and contact-frequency governance.
• Manage lifecycle and triggered customer journeys.
• Guide campaign production, prioritization, capacity planning, and deployment.
• Establish QA standards for rendering, tracking, personalization, dynamic content, and suppressions.
• Partner with creative, e-commerce, merchandising, data, and marketing teams.
• Analyze CRM performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Coach and develop campaign management professionals.
