Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a remote CRM Implementation & Automation Specialist to support hands-on CRM administration, Make and Zapier workflows, and multi-step automations. The role involves translating briefs into configured Pipedrive environments, building integrations, and ensuring data consistency with documented standards.

The specialist will act as the primary contact for client tickets, perform QA, and execute 7/14/21-day post-go-live check-ins to monitor adoption and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of admin-level Pipedrive experience.
• Hands-on experience building multi-step workflows in Make and Zapier.
• Ability to independently follow documented standards and execute tasks from a brief.
• Experience configuring third-party integrations like WATI and PandaDoc and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily migration of workflows from Zapier to Make.
• Configure and maintain Pipedrive environments (pipelines, fields, permissions, integrations).
• Build, test, and maintain multi-step automation scenarios and webhooks in Make and Zapier.
• Set up and test third-party tools like WATI and PandaDoc.
• Perform pre- and post-go-live QA and troubleshoot integration issues.
