Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a high-caliber Zoho Specialist and Automation Engineer to architect internal systems. You will translate complex business requirements into automated workflows that drive efficiency across the organization.

This is a hands-on, independent role for a technical problem-solver. You will design end-to-end automations in Zoho One (CRM, Books, Creator), write Deluge scripts, and integrate Zoho with third-party tools.

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Zoho Specialist and Automation Engineer to serve as the architect of our internal systems. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex business requirements into seamless, automated workflows that drive efficiency across the entire organization. This is a critical position for a technical problem-solver who enjoys building scalable infrastructure and ensuring that our data ecosystem remains robust, integrated, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom end-to-end automations across the Zoho One suite, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM, Books, and Creator. Write and optimize Deluge scripts to handle complex logic, API integrations, and data triggers. Build and manage sophisticated workflows, blueprints, and custom functions to eliminate manual tasks. Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools via REST APIs and middleware solutions. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance. Act as the internal technical lead for all system upgrades, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Zoho Specialist or Automation Engineer with a deep understanding of the Zoho One ecosystem. Expert-level proficiency in Deluge scripting. Strong background in business process mapping and translating operational needs into technical architecture. Hands-on experience with API integrations (JSON, XML, RESTful services). Advanced analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation failures and data discrepancies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

Zoho Certified Developer or Administrator credentials. Proficiency in additional programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or HTML/CSS). Experience with Zoho Analytics for advanced business intelligence reporting. Background in SQL or database management.
